It is something that I have always thought was a good idea, but unfortunately, we don't have MR's staff or resources, just a few part-time paid staff and a couple of volunteers... I do try to write the captions in such a way that it is pretty clear where on the layout the scene is, after that it is up to you... ;)Australian Model Railway Magazinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11640009300017456756noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3685447969394990470.post-27683316717821017992014-02-08T21:58:43.370+11:002014-02-08T21:58:43.370+11:00Perhaps this suggestion has been made before, but ...Perhaps this suggestion has been made before, but I'll give it a try anyway:

As a reader, one thing I find extremely convenient when reading 'Model Railroader' and other publications is the fact that, when a layout is presented, firstly, all the photos are numbered and secondly, on the layout plan/diagram, the photos are indicated with a little arrow and the corresponding number - thus giving us the camera location.
I feel this feature could be introduced with not too much extra effort (I can hear you laughing now, James...). Anyway, thank you for all your hard work, which I'm sure everyone appreciates... Would you give my suggestion some thought ?
Best regards , Walter Hinterberger Cathkinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05640824596640231259noreply@blogger.com
